Conference room

The meeting room is equipped with a data projector and a projection screen.
Please note that there are no public computers at the venue.

Contributed talks

Contributed talks will be allocated 20-minutes time slots. Invited talks will be allocated 40 minutes.

Round table discussions

At the end of some sessions, round tables will be organized.

Posters

Posters can be fixed with small binder clips (19mm width) or tape (not pins) onto poster panels. The poster panel size is 100 cm high x 200 cm wide. Use letters and drawings that can be read from approximately 100 cm distance.
